Wesleigh Orr ,has come back into the karting in South Africa. The Team well Known as Wesleigh Orr Racing is planing to come back with a Bang.
Having such a long and strong history in karting World wide it will be exciting to come back ,and hopefully put W.O.R in front from the word go.The Team consists of Wesleigh Orr, as team manager ,then Jarred Wray as Chief machnic of the team,Working under him will be zefery and Mathew.
Everyone is excited to get things underway.For the rest of the season, W.O.R has got two top drivers in the Max Challenge class. The two brothers ,Shau and Sebastion Mafuna.
Wes Says “I know with the team and these two drivers, we will be strong out the block,so now its just a matter of testing and getting to know one another”.
There is anther two drivers hoping to get running with W.O.R so the future looks exciting.

Ater the 2nd round of the Formula Ford Duratec,which was Wesleighs kick off in the categeory,The result was good.
Friday practise was hard getting everything in order,also getting the car to work around Wesleighs driving style.Brett mayberry racing did a good job ,and they managed to get 4th on the grid.Still working hard on the car for the races, Wesleigh said from the start they have a car that can finish podium for sure.
Over night Brett Mayberry racing kept working hard to improve the car for the races.
Race 1 Started off badly as Wesleigh struggled to get off the line. He fell far back. But on the fight back to the front Wesleigh was in strong contention for a podium: then disaster hit when Wesleigh and Mathew Mertons had a touch. That took Wesleigh out the race the win went to Jayde Kruger ..”We had a great car for the race I just messed up the start which made it a risky drive to pull back what I had lost” Wesleigh was confident for Race 2 though.
Race 2 Starting 2nd off the grid Wesleigh got a great start just behind Jayde Kruger By corner three at Zwartkops ,Wesleigh got him in the inside taking the lead Now it was flat out maintaining the lead. Kruger in lap 3 fell out with problems,so Wesleigh was just keeping in on the road now he had a big enough gap to keep it cool. Wesleigh had the lead from lap 1 the finish was a great start to the formula Ford venture.
On the 2nd of March Wesleigh has anounced his entry into another Series with team Bravo Holdings.
Formula Ford duratec .this will be another exciting venture.Brett mayberry will be engineereing the car and looking after Wesleigh going into the season.
First race 20th march
On the 20th of Febuary the first Wesbank superseries took place at kyalami.Going into the weekend, Wesleigh knew the fight would be tough to take wins through the weekend.
The battle Was between Simon Moss and Wesleigh from the begining ,running first and second the whole weekend through ,the pressure was on to see who would be able to pull out the extra bit needed to get pole for the starts.
Race 1 .Moss on pole. Race 2.Wesleigh on pole. The fight was going to be tough.
Race 1. Was a exciting race right through to the end ,Wesleigh keeping the pressure on Moss managed to put him into a mistake,and Wesleigh took fulll advantage.Crossing the flag Wesleigh was able to clinch the victory,just ahead of Moss.
Race 2.Going into turn one Moss just got by Wesleigh around the outside,and was making it really difficult for Wesleigh to come back,defending with all he had right to the end,Wesleigh decided to just finish for points,not taking to many risks so early in the season.So Moss took the chequered flag just ahead of Wesleigh.
Wesleigh says.”I was happy with the weekend ,Simon moss will be a tough contender this season ,but Im shore we will be able to be strong too.Team Bravo Holdings is a great team and are always working to find a combination that works for my driving style ,so we can only get better.”

After a good run off by Wesleigh at Formula GTI last Saturday of: a pole position of 2 seconds and a lead in the first race in lap four by 4.5 seconds, a mechanical failure caused a DNF for Wesleigh.
Last two VW races have been very difficult for Wesleigh,in swarkops raceway after rolling his Vw ,he now had to get a new car which has been hard work to get it where,we had the old car,so in Pakisa had to DNFs due to car not running properly.
So wesleighs championship chase has been destroyed,but with two races to go he has the mind set of just trying to get the car to the front and win some races.
